Castle of Xátiva (Valencia)

The castle perched above the sierra Vernissa

The castle completely dominates the city of Xàtiva. The original nucleus lies in the current Minor Castle, of Iberian origin, being later occupied by the romans, who also began the construction of the Largest Castle. The current set, however, presents an islamic architecture.
