Cifuentes is a village belonging to the province of Guadalajara, in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. It is located within the natural región of La Alcarria and its origin goes back to the times of the conquest of the Taifa of Toledo by the christians of Castilla at the end of the 11th century.
