The castle of Don Juan Manuel was ordered to lift in the year 1324 on the remains of an arab fortress from the 11th century. Its structure is square with four towers at the corners, two prismatic, one cylindrical and the pentagonal homage.

It is located within the natural región of La Alcarria and its origin goes back to the times of the conquest of the Taifa of Toledo by the christians of Castilla at the end of the 11th century. |
